  • 8 oz Gluten free pasta brown rice pasta
  • 4 oz Wild Sauerkraut
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup kale chopped
  • 3 inch raddish diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 sprig dill
  • salt & pepper
Dressing
  • 2 oz Wild sauerkraut juice
  • 2 oz Kombucha vinegar
